At PawPrint Keepsakes, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
